By this afternoon the NWS is calling for a the Heat index to exceed 109 in Palm Beach County. This is inside the danger zone. Heatstroke is possible with prolonged exposure and/or physical activity...Drink lots of water and try to avoid outdoor activities during peak of afternoon heat.

(41 - 54�C) Sunstroke, muscle cramps, and/or heat exhaustion likely. Heatstroke possible with prolonged exposure and/or physical activity.
Extreme
Caution 90 - 105�F
(32 - 41�C) Sunstroke, muscle cramps, and/or heat exhaustion possible with prolonged exposure and/or physical activity.
